Attention Span is Not the Issue

This is one of those eternal truths I try to get my clients to wrap their heads’ around. It’s not about attention span. People will pay attention to things they deeply care about. Send newsletters. Write emails. Call. Market. They want to hear the messages they care about.

The truth is attention span is not the issue.

People will spend time and pay attention to what they care about.

That’s the key.
